Responsibilities:
? Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into the company’s database.
? Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
? Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring all information is current and correct.
? Generate and distribute reports as required by management.
? Ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
? Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies.
? Maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities.
Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
? Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems.
? High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
