About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Cyber Defense Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant. This role will lead key transformation initiatives for Wells Fargo enterprise Cyber Defense Management. This role will have program level responsibilities for ensuring the success of large, strategic programs in Data Loss Prevention, Threat Intelligence, Detection & Response, Threat Prevention that have organizational wide impact. These initiatives will require high executive engagement, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead broad transformative programs.In this role, you will:Act as a top subject matter professional and business execution advisor to lead complex, innovative, high risk, and diverse cybersecurity initiatives from inception to completion with companywide cross technology impact, or with significant scope, cost, and benefits.Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple lines of business or… the enterprise.Define, plan, develop, and implement or consult on major information technology strategies, processes, or ongoing programs.Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plansPlan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of international business.Provide vision, guidance, leadership, and industry expertise regarding technology matters while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence and developing efficient and effective programs which significantly influence the organization’s business.Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and support groupsIdentify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to address security vulnerabilities and ensure success.Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the integrity and effectiveness of cyber security solutions and deliverables.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to cyber security and data protection.Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, status, cost or benefit, and risk evaluations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear communication channels.Serve as an experienced advisor to more experienced leadership across the technology organizations or client lines of business.Required Qualifications, US:7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education7+ years of cybersecurity experiencespecifically working in domains related to Data Loss Prevention, Threat Intelligence, Detection & Response, Threat Prevention7+ years of leading product, program, project, or process management initiatives7+ years of technical leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certification.Proven experience managing complex cyber security projects in a global environment, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and emerging trends.Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.Experience working with diverse stakeholders across different geographies and culturesExecutive level communication, negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level leaders, external agencies, and regulatory bodies Proven experience as a highly effective leader with credibility from demonstrating strong business and technology acumen.Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholdersStrong leadership and influencing skills within a complex, matrixed environment;
