Role and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
Identify customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features.
Investigate and report any product malfunctions by conducting tests and gathering user feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical issues and customer interactions in our internal databases.
Monitor customer complaints on social media platforms and proactively provide assistance.
Collaborate with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers to confirm the resolution of their technical issues.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights to Product… Sales, and Marketing teams.
Participate in the training of junior Customer Support Representatives.
Candidate Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role.
Familiarity with the None industry is a plus.
Required Skills:
Proficient in using help desk software and remote support tools.
Understanding of how CRM systems function.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Demonstrate patience when dealing with challenging cases
