Customer Support Representative

Job Description

The starting rate for this role is 4 USD per hour.
Job Responsibilities
? Manage incoming email and chat tickets, including social media inquiries.
? Anticipate that you will also be handling phone calls from customers.
? Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction
? Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
? Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
? Take the extra mile to engage customers
? At least 2 years of customer support experience
? Impeccable English written skills
? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of… characters
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
? Good listening skills and experience in note-taking
? Proficiency with GSuite
System Requirements
? At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
? A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
? Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
