Key responsibilities:
1. Review and promptly respond to customer inquiries
2. Engage with customers to understand their needs, align them with suitable courses and instructors
3. Facilitate teacher interaction and coordination, ensuring a seamless learning experience
4. Assist customers through the registration process, ensuring a smooth booking experience
5. Maintain ongoing communication with customers to assess their satisfaction and facilitate renewals
Skills:
1. Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi
2. Effective communication skills for engaging with customers via phone and email
3. Ability to understand customer requirements, collaborate with the management team, and successfully close bookings
4. Prior experience in online education, especially in creative and performing arts is a valuable asset
