Role Description…
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat. In addition will also document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in a customer service role
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
? Experience using CRM software
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
? Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
