What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide inbound customer care primarily over the phone and occasionally via email
? Resolve billing issues and troubleshoot errors and concerns
? Guide customers to the products and services that best meet their entertainment needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Ability to type 35+ words per minute
? Minimum of one year of customer service experience
? Strong written communication skills
? Some positions require bilingual (English/Portuguese) skills; hourly incentive provided
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in technical support, retention, Salesforce, or other help desk ticketing platforms
