What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop and maintain knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and services
? Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval
? Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
? Investigate and resolve customer problems, escalating difficult situations as necessary
? Meet or exceed call volume and service level standards
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma or equivalent
? General knowledge of office environment and business processes
? PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Ability to effectively communicate with team members and external customers
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 2+ years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar call center environment and/or industry
? Previous experience in a medical office or other medical setting
