The Customer Service Manager at eBay will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives located in Washington D.C., US. Requirements:
1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management.
2. Strong leadership and project management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
5. Adaptable and independent work ethic.
6. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
