Job Description

We?re a fully remote, lean team of 11 people – looking for someone who thrives in a cross-functional role, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, and playing a key role in our Customer & Partner Operations team. You?ll be the face of the product in front of our customers/partners and bear the importance and expectations that come with it as well as have a direct impact on business revenues and customer/partner outcomes.

Typical work timings will range from 6 PM- 3 AM IST or 7 PM-4 AM IST

We?re looking for someone who

– has a strong command over written and spoken English (typos/grammatical errors in resumes/emails will hurt your chances)

– has 1-3 years of work experience in Tech/SaaS organizations

– currently does not see themselves working for large scale corporates & and wishes to stay away from the politics that come with it

– can think quickly on their feet & are hungry to learn

– open to working long hours in a relatively unstructured manner

– US… experience will be a bonus

Note: This will not be a rotational shift and will be a permanent role.
