The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client’s products and/or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Concentrix Inside Sales Representative (Remote) working from home, you will:
? Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and use B2B skills
? Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers
