What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide continuous training and coaching to outbound sellers on messaging and lead management
– Support sellers in managing tasks, campaigns, and funnels to achieve targets
– Assist in customer qualification and prevent fraud through various resources
– Handle customer escalations and provide follow-up care
– Close product knowledge gaps and provide up-to-date information to sellers
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma/GED
– Less than 2 years of experience in an outbound commissioned environment and B2B industry
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Leadership skills with an inspirational attitude
– Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, Authentic ID, and Slack
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 0-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
– Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related subject
