Job Description

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing or customer service position.
Responsibilities…
1. Provide exceptional client support through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
2. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members.
3. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to better assist clients with their inquiries.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
1. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills.
2. Strong research skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
3. Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is required.
4. Knowledge of financial services or banking industry is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
