Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Associate to work remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, persuasive, and have a talent for strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone calls and emails
– Assist clients with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
– Conduct research to understand client industries and market trends
– Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
– Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies
– Keep track of client communication and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
– 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
