Costco is seeking a driven and dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills… with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries and provide support through chat support channels
– Resolve customer issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
– Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems
– Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on attention to detail
– High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
