Full Time Float- with potential to advance to management in 6 monthsThis position guarantees 32 hours a week and is a hybrid position.
The full-time float is responsible for covering call ins and open shifts so that we can guarantee the best service to our clients.
When not working direct care you may be asked to complete some admin work as needed. Must have reliable vehicle as driving 20-30 miles for assignment, valid drivers license and car insurance required.

Guaranteed 30 hours a week (hybrid position) even when you don’t work a direct care shift
Must have a reliable form of transportation and valid driver?s license
What you?ll be doing : Building meaningful relationships with your clients. Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
Provide assistance with personal care. Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises. Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
Properly manage household needs. Work in conjunction with the office staff to fulfill duties as needed (admin work) What we?re looking for : The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
You must be available Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 : 00am and 10 : 00pm.
Some weekends may be required.
Must be able to get to a shift within 2 hours of a call .
Must be willing to travel 20-30 miles
Must be comfortable working in different environments every day.
You must be comfortable traveling throughout Metro Area and occasionally the surrounding suburbs of the Metro Area.
You must be comfortable working with both male and female clients as well as clients who need a variety of levels of care.
You must be comfortable lifting clients and working with bed-bound clients.
You must be comfortable working in homes where there are pets and / or smoking.
