About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Specialist to support the General Corporate Credit (GC) Execution team, supports the Healthcare, Industrials, Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT), and Global Canada lines of business within Corporate Investment Banking. In this role, you will: Provide credit deal team support responsible for proper initiation and accuracy of loan documentation and pre-closing/closing tasks for direct/operating exposure Coordinate loan booking and closing… activities to ensure consistent, timely and accurate credit delivery to our clients Develop expertise in bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements and ensure adherence Book all operating exposure onto the applicable systems of record Evaluate and ensure accurate new and existing data in the systems of record Partner with managers to resolve issues and provides status updates on implementations Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of credit systems of record such as: AFS, LIQ, TRE, RCS, CoRS Knowledge of booking and closing processes Understanding of the credit underwriting and customer due diligence processes Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills Posting Locations: Charlotte, NC Minneapolis, MN Pay Ranges: Charlotte, NC: $55,300 – $98,300 Minneapolis, MN: $55,300 – $98,300 Posting End Date: 4 Apr 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
