Our global foodservice business, in part of the broader global channel development org, is a dynamic team built from our strong relationships with Nestl?Out-of-Home (NA) and Nestle FS International. Together, we deliver a global brand strategy for how Starbucks foodservice shows up across North America, LATAM, EMEA, China, and Asia Pacific.
In this role you will represent Starbucks in our US & global foodservice business, focused on building trust, collaboration, and delivering results across their global foodservice business structure. You will support 4 key areas of the global FS strategy while supporting the day-to-day North America business: Holistic Brand Expression, Building strategic framework + processes for NA Governance & Collaboration (QBR?s/OpCO), US guardrails & guidance, and Innovation & Insights.
This leader must have a curiosity about global business and a growth mindset. They must be able to
influence with impact, both within Starbucks, and with leadership at Nestle. A proven track record of developing strong relationships, driving results, and excellent communication skills are paramount to success.
As a Brand Manager II, You Will
Lead Partners & Teams: Manage and develop direct reports to build positive team culture, nurture talent growth and deliver business results. Lead high performing, cross-functional, often globally distributed teams to scope and deliver multifaceted programs. Set goals for the work group, develop organizational capabilities, and model how we work together.
Drive Strategy development: Guide teams in the development of brand and partnership strategies that define the future of the program and our collaboration with our licensee, Nestle.
Define opportunities: Work in collaboration with global teams to translate business questions into
key problems to solve, set strategic priorities around desired outcomes, and develop hypotheses to
guide research, development, and testing.
Lead problem-solving: Guide teams through ambiguous issues and identify creative information approaches as you build clear pathways for learning, implementation, and development of capabilities.
Initiate action: Serve as a champion for the Starbucks Foodservice program and our partnership with Nestle as you lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals, drive alignment with leaders, and influence successful execution of key initiatives via compelling storytelling.
Globalize impact: Collaborate with global and in-market teams, flexing across cultures and time zones to fuel progress, facilitate knowledge sharing, and extend best practices in service of the Foodservice Business.
Drive strategic planning and rhythm: Collaborate with our licensee and internal teams to drive strategic planning, business rhythm, and program governance in support of the global Foodservice business.
We?d Love To Hear From People With
? Strong business management experience with a focus on licensing, partnerships, or complex suppliers, 6-10 years
? Advanced experience in brand management, agency management, or strategy/consulting role, 6-10 years
? Project leadership in a diverse cross-functional environment, 6-10 years
? Robust experience leading the development and implementation of new or existing business strategies.
? Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
? A master of storytelling through PowerPoint, Canva, or other presentation software.
? Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all business levels.
? Thrives in ambiguity.
? Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet fast paced deadlines.
? CPG and/or F&B Licensing experience preferred.
? Has detailed awareness of the marketplace (channels, categories, and brands) in which Starbucks conducts business.
? MBA preferred.

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
