DGA, the driving force behind top automotive brands like Mercedes, BMW, and Audi, is on the lookout for individuals who are ready to deliver exceptional service to our clientele. As a Call Center Agent, you’ll be entrusted with handling some of our most valued VIP clients, ensuring they consistently experience the highest level of customer service excellence.
Responsibilities:
? Speak to, answer questions for, and schedule service appointments for DGA?s Dealership Partners Customers?.
? Make a significant impact through a high volume of inbound & outbound calls, surpassing metrics and utilizing word tracks within a structured process.
? Employ various communication channels such as calls, texts, and emails using multiple technical systems.
? Achieve and exceed goals within specified deadlines.
? Maintain customer data in client CRMs & Schedulers.
? Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
? Embrace a fast-paced dialing environment, making anywhere from 100-250 calls daily.
? Thoroughly document calls and corresponding details.
? Work 40- 50-hours per week.
Qualifications:
? High School diploma or GED.
? 1 years of experience in a high call volume call center setting.
? 2 years customer service, or related fields is required.
? 4 years of experience working on a computer (Substantial knowledge of computer software and office systems.).
? Automotive BDC skills are highly advantageous.
? Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer.
? Work history that consistently demonstrates commitment and achievement.
? Ability to build rapport with clients and customers, fostering lasting relationships.

Work From Home & Technology Requirements: Equipment NOT provided
? Computer (Laptop or Desktop): Windows Operating System (OS) ONLY.
? Dual screens: Extra screen with a minimum size of?19 inches. (Must have 2 screens, with at least one 19? or larger and 1280?1024 minimum resolution (a desktop with two monitors or a laptop screen with an attached external monitor is acceptable)
? Processor: Core i5?or equivalent. (Minimum for computer performance).
? Operating system:?Windows 10/11.(Seamlessly Virtual Machine Compatibility).(Required for computer performance) (NO APPLE PRODUCTS)
? RAM Memory: Minimum of?8GB RAM with at least 50% storage space available.
? Internet Interface: Direct connection?to the ISP?device?(Router, Modem).
? Ethernet cord: Hardwired internet connection with minimum Download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum Upload speed of 10 Mbps (DSL, Cable, or Fiber required; wifi, WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, and/or Hotspots are not compatible. (Do not use Wi-Fi connection, only Wired connection is allowed. wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems.)
Accessories
? USB Headset?: double-ear, wired USB headset with microphone (We specifically use USB Headsets because the Phone Software we use is not compatible with others, such as: 3.5/2.5mm, Type-C, etc.)
? Standard Keyboard and mouse: For efficient interaction with the computer.
? Webcam (camera): integrated or external. (We only use the camera for trainings and any virtual meetings, so we can put a name to face as well as create rapport with everyone).
Workspace:
? Home office or dedicated quiet place to work that is free from distractions
? Must be a resident in the state of Florida or North Carolina ONLY

Hiring for the Following Schedules (EST):
We are hiring for full-time shifts between the hours of 7:00 AM-10:00 PM EST with weekend availability required.
Training Schedule:
Our PAID training period runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, for 2 weeks. 100% attendance is required during the training period.
