Who We?re Looking For Toyota?s Accounting and Finance, Revenue Management & Product Profitability Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst, Enterprise Cost (Bill of Materials) Development. The primary responsibility of this role is to confirm and analyze bills of materials for cost structure insights that drive cost reduction. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Cost (Bill of Materials) Development, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Vehicle Profit and Cost Analysis department’s objective to achieve vehicle profitability and… return on sales targets. What You?ll Be Doing Coordinate all activities related to establish standard bills of materials (BoM) for one or more plants and to analyze BoM usage variance monthly in compliance with SOX Manage & perform multiple vehicles? direct material cost of BoM analysis through product life cycle Partner across the A&F division and with Toyota?s North American Manufacturing Companies (NAMCs) teams to identify and drive cost reduction/incremental enterprise profit opportunities Support testing, implementation, and process development for SAP at one or more plants Support monthly, quarterly, semi-annual & annual reporting of cost & profit by model such as: PBM (operating profit/loss by product), contribution margin, Transformation Profit Improvement Initiative Team, Price Study, etc. Provide training, guidance, and support to NAMCs related to PBM, Price Study, Standard Costing What You Bring Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent analytical degree and background Significant experience in Manufacturing Cost Analysis experience, including experience with building, analyzing, and reviewing complex Bills of Materials (BoM) Experience developing, managing, and executing detailed activity schedules Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on creating, managing, and manipulating large data sets in Excel Ability to prepare and present findings and recommendations to various levels of management, including Executives Added Bonus If You Have MBA, CPA Direct experience maintaining and analyzing Toyota vehicle Bills of Materials (BoM) using the eBoM system Experience leading cross-functional teams Proficiency in OneStream, SAP, eBoM, Power BI, Toyota mainframe systems JKK and TBP certification What We?ll Bring During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
