As a Chat Rep, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support through our client’s Facebook Business Account. This is an entry-level position with a pay rate of $15 per hour.
Our client is a major online ecommerce brand that needs reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly chat reps to assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and concerns. In this position, you will be required to work from home, and you must be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Chat Rep, your main responsibilities will include:
