Job Description

A globally-renowned eCommerce company is taking over Kansas. You can help them launch a new program as an A ccount Development Executive . This role offers competitive pay, BONUSES , mileage and cell phone reimbursement, and no weekend travel.
Territory: located around Independence, KS, Parson, KS, Coffeyville, KS, and the surrounding areas…
Travel: Required 3-4 days per week but will work M-F core business hours and will be home every night (no weekend travel)
Pay: $23 -$25 per hour
Mileage Reimbursement: Employees are reimbursed all miles traveled – 65.5 cents per mile
Cell Phone Reimbursement: $50 per month
Bonuses: $200 per partnership = $50 per application achieved and an additional $150 per application turned partnership
Job Description
? Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2 hour driving distance)
? Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply
? Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application and Vetting process
? Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce
? Support Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community (ex: lunch and learns, townhall meetings, coffee chats)
? Partner with the Field Manager to work with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations
? Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis
Must Have Qualifications
? 1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience
? Exceptional customer service and communication skills
? Field sales is a plus
? Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
? Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency
? Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field
? Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology)
? Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily
