Key Responsibilities

? Address and resolve client issues or concerns about loan accounts, payments, and transactions promptly.
? Ensure timely follow-up on all customer requests and inquiries.
? Accurately document client interactions within our CRM system.
? Collaborate effectively with loan officers and teams to deliver seamless customer service and escalate complex issues as necessary.
? Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest loan products, policies, and industry standards.
? Uphold compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements in all client engagements.
Required Skills
? Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in loan services, banking, or financial services.
? Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex loan terms clearly.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and telephone systems.
? Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to efficiently address customer concerns.
? Meticulous attention to detail in managing and recording customer inquiries and interactions.

Qualifications
