Key Responsibilities
? Input large volumes of data from diverse sources into our company database with accuracy.
? Ensure timely processing of claims and applications by accurately entering all necessary data.
? Enter customer and account information into the relevant fields within the database software.
? Identify and rectify errors using established quality control procedures.
? Review data for inconsistencies and seek additional information for incomplete records.
? Alert the appropriate department leadership if there are issues with data acceptance in the system.
? Maintain a daily log of production to document all time and work accurately.
? Execute other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
? Strong communication abilities with a diverse range of individuals.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
? Exceptional attention to detail to ensure a high degree of accuracy.
? Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines consistently.
? Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Experience in data entry or related office roles is preferred.
