Job Description:
We’re looking for persistent individuals who don’t give up easily but can balance this with a sense of urgency to help keep the day-to-day operations of Montaro running efficiently. You will work as an integral part of our Operations vertical to support a variety of e-commerce tasks, notably inventory management, organizational strategy, data analysis, and digital marketing. You’ll also work cross-functionally with Account Managers and the Content team to help maintain the Amazon catalog and maximize partner success.
You can execute efficiently across all of these key operational tasks, without losing attention to detail. Organization is second nature to you and your notes are the envy of your peers. You function well in a remote work environment and can communicate clearly and succinctly. You are interested in learning how to support our brands on Amazon and growing and optimizing the Operations org.

While the job is 100% remote, we are looking to hire a candidate based in California or Nevada.
Responsibilities:
? Coordinate shipping logistics for Amazon replenishment
? Collaborate with brands to efficiently execute orders and shipments
? Maximize profitability on Amazon Seller Central by managing and monitoring customer returns, excess inventory, and fees
? Maintain reporting accuracy and database
? Support Amazon listings to reflect correct pricing, images, and product information
? Strategize on pricing profitability of products to encourage optimal sales flow
? Support digital advertising campaigns and report on performance data
? Maintain organizational consistency to improve efficiency
? Ad hoc projects on behalf of brand partners
? Brainstorming and executing strategic growth and optimization initiatives
Required Experience and Qualifications:
? 0-3 years of experience
? Strong attention to detail
? Persistent mindset and tenacity
? Desire to take ownership of projects and deliver results
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
? Proficient with Microsoft Excel (and we’ll provide advanced training, too!)
? Some experience in a remote environment
