Performs diverse secretarial and administrative duties for corporate officer.
Essential Functions…
? Coordinates and manages multiple sessions and meetings, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and availability of key stakeholders.
? Oversees calendar management, travel arrangements, and event planning for the corporate officer, ensuring efficiency and organization.
? Manages and processes invoices, as well as other administrative tasks, while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
? Performs high-level administrative tasks, utilizing discretion and judgment, particularly when dealing with sensitive information.
? Collaborates with cross-functional teams, acting as the liaison between the corporate officer and various internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
? Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
? Strong organizational skills, with experience in calendar and travel management, event planning, and invoice processing.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
? Seasoned administrative professional with extensive experience supporting executives.
? Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Minimum Education
High School diploma/GED.
Minimum Experience
Eight (8) years related business experience.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: ?This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current? ?starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors? ?permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.?
