Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Agent to join our growing customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing top-notch service through live chat communications. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns, answering questions about our… products and services, and guiding them through troubleshooting processes. Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Assist customers in troubleshooting product issues or concerns.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive rapport.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Continuously improve personal knowledge of products and customer service techniques.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or related role.
Excellent written communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple chat conversations at once while maintaining quality service.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Wages – $25.10 to $28.90 Hourly
