Role Overview:
As an Appointment Setter at Pearl Lemon, you?ll play a pivotal role in our sales process, helping to generate leads and set appointments that convert into sales. We are looking for enthusiastic and resilient individuals from English-speaking geographies (UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, SA, United States) who are native English speakers. You?ll receive comprehensive training and support to excel in this role, with opportunities for career advancement and attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead… Generation: Use provided tools and resources to generate a minimum of 5 qualified leads/appointments per day.
– Appointment Setting: Engage potential clients and book appointments for our sales team.
– Follow-Up: Manage and follow up with your leads to ensure continued engagement.
– Reporting: Provide daily reports on your activities and progress.
– Continuous Learning: Attend daily 30-60 minute training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices.

Compensation:
– Initial 90 Days: Commission-based pay:
– $5 per qualified lead.
– $10 per booked appointment.
– 10% commission on the first month’s revenue for any sales generated from your leads.
– Post-90 Days: Top performers may transition to a base salary of $1,000/month plus ongoing commissions.
– Commission Increases: Higher rates per lead and appointment for those consistently exceeding targets.
– Extended Commission Lifeline: Continued commission on sales beyond the first month for top performers.
Long-Term Opportunities:
– Career Growth: Potential to move into a closing role with the opportunity to earn a six-figure salary within 12 to 24 months.
