Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries and support through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
Manage and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Process orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and experiences.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email).
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
