Ricci & Associates is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to work remotely, ensuring the accurate and efficient input of essential data. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks independently. This role supports our operations by maintaining data accuracy and providing critical reports, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Key… Responsibilities:
? Input, update, and maintain accurate data across systems and databases.
? Verify data for errors or inconsistencies, making corrections as needed.
? Collaborate remotely with other departments to gather, clarify, or validate data.
? Generate and distribute reports, summaries, or data exports for internal use.
? Maintain electronic records in compliance with data security policies.
? Monitor workflows to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
? High typing speed with strong accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred).
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other data management tools.
? Familiarity with CRMs or similar database systems is a plus.
? Ability to work efficiently remotely with minimal supervision.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? High attention to detail and data integrity.

Educational Requirements:
? High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).

Pay: 25-32$/hr
