Description:
? Deploy and manage Amazon Connect instances: Set up and configure Amazon Connect within the AWS ecosystem, ensuring high availability and scalability.
? Develop and modify contact flows: Design, implement, and modify contact flows to meet the business requirements and improve customer interaction.
? Integrate with AWS services: Utilize AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, and other AWS services to enhance the functionality of contact centers.
? Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
? Troubleshoot and optimize: Monitor deployed solutions, identify and resolve issues, and make adjustments to optimize performance and functionality.
? Documentation: Create detailed documentation regarding the architecture, configuration, and operation of the solutions provided.
Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information… Technology, or equivalent field experience.
? Proven experience with Amazon Connect including deployment and management of environments.
? Strong understanding of AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, and AWS IAM.
? Experience in programming with languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
? Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
