Job Description

Games CISO and Senior Director, Cyber Security
Reporting directly to the Chief Trust Officer, the Lionbridge Games CISO and Senior Director of Cyber Security will work with other members of the security and privacy team to orchestrate security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs and support the games business functions in demonstrating the efficacy of Lionbridge security to our customers. You will have expertise and experience in implementing and running a formal ISMS as defined by ISO 270001 and working toward other relevant certifications such as SOC2. This is a player/coach role in which it is expected that you will be able to both define a strategy or set of objectives and execute on them in a hands-on manner.
Our team operates as a flat and agile organization that seeks to define and implement security processes, controls, and technology across the broader technology and operations organizations working under the philosophy of training the broader organization to… operationalize security. While not explicitly hands on with technology daily, you will be expected to have an expert understanding of technology and the ability to roll up your sleeves as necessary. Functionally, this individual will serve in a deputy role to a highly experienced Chief Security Officer you will have exposure to the highest levels of a global company.
What You Will Do
? Develop, implement, and operationalize a formal ISMS as specified by ISO 27001.
? Develop and maintain policy and control frameworks in support of the ISMS.
? Advise and partner with Lionbridge business units.
? Partner with Development and Infrastructure teams to design and measure control frameworks.
? Work alongside others to represent the security program to our customers and develop forward thinking processes and documents to enhance our customer security management program.
? Working alongside the global privacy manager, assist in the selection and implementation of technical and organizational controls related to our privacy information management system (PIMS).
? Assist with and at times lead the management of security incidents under the direction of the Chief Trust Officer.
? Partner with IT, Legal, Ops, and Engineering and other departments to achieve goals.
? Maintain a comprehensive set of metrics and measures related to the framework.

To Be Successful You Will Have
? Direct experience in implementing or operating ISO 27001 and SSAE18 SOC2.
? Minimum of 10 years? experience in information security.
? Experience in GRC functions as well as technical functions.
? The ability to influence across all levels of the organization leveraging informal and formal authority.
? Experience in working alongside sales teams to represent security to customers, for experience in a sales engineering type role desired.
? Bachelor?s degree in a related field, Masters preferable.
? Superior written and verbal communications skills.
? Capability to manage complex programs and projects across multiple functions.
