– Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers
– Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to high-speed internet services and devices

– Open and manage trouble ticket system for user issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Must be over 18 years of age
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Comfort with desktop computer systems
– Proven oral and written communication skills
– Demonstrated problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 0-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles
– Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, and software
– Ability to work independently and multitask
