Job Title:Virtual Customer Support… Representative (Remote, Multiple Locations)
Job Summary:We are seeking dedicated and motivated Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a seamless DoorDash experience.
Key Responsibilities:
? * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
? * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
? * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
? * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
? * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
? * Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction
? * Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
? Required Skills and Qualifications:
? * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
? * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
? * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
? * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
? * Excellent communication and presentation skills
? * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
? * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
? Experience:
? * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
? * Experience in a remote working environment is a plus
? Working Hours:
? * Full-time positions with flexible working hours
? * Availability to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed

? * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
? * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
