Document all customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system

Proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Empathy and the ability to understand and address customer needs
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems

1 year of experience in a customer service role
Basic computer and software skills
