JOB DESCRIPTION: This job is responsible for providing analytical support in a Global Markets Operations function for one or more operations product areas. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving highly complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. Job expectations include managing projects and the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products, services, and processes and coordinating necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and products. GBGM AML Onboarding is responsible for onboarding of new clients to ensure that Bank of America meets both the regulatory and internal AML requirements. The role includes coaching, designing and delivering training, problem solving, implementing change, and maintaining standards of excellence in a fast-paced regulatory environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver new joiner training in line with documented Learning Pathway Deliver training in support of changes such as new requirements/processes being implemented Develop and deploy new training content Participate in the development of new joiner Learning Pathway Work with analysts and management to evaluate training effectiveness and drive enhancements Work collaboratively with quality teams and management to support the quality feedback loop by effectively addressing identified gaps Analyzes and resolves highly complex operational problems Provide on-the-ground subject matter expertise on Client Due Diligence requirements Participate in system releases through requirements review, design review and executing operational adoption Contribute to design of new processes and support change in existing processes Ensure CDD or Policy related matters are channeled through AML Ops/Governance forums; work with forum organizers in each region to enable thi SKILLS: Advisory Due Diligence Regulatory Compliance Interpret relevant laws, rules and regulations.
