THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Coordinator, People Technology, you will be pivotal to supporting the Digital Employee Experience Strategy and People Technology operations.This role is responsible for production support, release coordination and small to medium system enhancements releases, working with your team and other cross functional specialists. You will be exposed to many Workday modules including recruiting, benefits, compensation, and core HCM. While partnering will various business units, legal, compliance and IT, your multifaceted contributions will ensure the holistic success of our People Technology team, systems and roadmap.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
? Monitor and respond to tickets and requests of production & case management support for People Technology to include case response, end-user support, root cause analysis (RCA), mitigation and resolution to cases and incidents reported.
? Issue remediation and escalation management, monitor reoccurring issues, and recommend innovation solutions to systematic trends, partnering with the analysts and senior analysts for escalation as needed.
? Coordinate upgrades to the Workday System, including areas such as recruiting, benefits, compensation, HR, payroll, legal, L&D and IT.
? Create supporting documentation for change management including system updates, user documentation, and training. Keep document repositories fresh.
? Partner with the analysts and senior analysts to create and maintain test plans, coordinate and conduct user acceptance and functional regression testing of new and enhanced People Technology functionality and reporting tools.
? Other projects as assigned for growth and exposure.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
? Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or other related field preferred.
? 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role with exposure to HR; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
? At least 1 year of functional experience with HRIS – Workday preferred.
? Ability to work cross-functionally with your team and specialists from other business units.
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $26.92 – $35.10/hr. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
