We are looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Disney in a remote work position based in Houston, Texas. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests through various communication channels. This role requires individuals who are motivated, driven, and have excellent… analysis and planning skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Assist guests with booking reservations, providing information on products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.
5. Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.
6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue.
7. Meet and exceed performance metrics including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.
8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
4. Proficiency in computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Comfortable with remote work and able to troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
7. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
8. Must be motivated, driven, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
