The brand is looking for a highly motivated leader with demonstrated strength in project management, problem solving, and intellectual curiosity to serve as a Project Manager in the Operations Department.
Working lockstep with partners in Technology, the Program Manager, Smart Kitchen Operations will be integral in transforming the business by improving the operating system through innovative ideas and solutions. This individual will be responsible for helping leading all activities related to design of Taco Bells Smart Kitchen platforms.
This position is ideal for individuals with high accountability, strong analytical skills, great communication style, a partnership mentality, and that is comfortable conducting analysis to turn facts into recommendations.

? * The Day-to-Day:**
? Partner with cross functional teams at Taco Bell to manage, and deliver against project timelines.
? Establish regular cadence of communication with field leaders and restaurants to get feedback and identify process improvements from start to finish for all tests.
? Solicit and present program feedback throughout testing and use findings to make necessary adjustments for optimal national execution.
? Ensure awareness and attention to potential risks associated with assigned initiatives.
? Program management for initiative deployment – national launch, communication, field engagement, and training
? Travel to test markets (approximately 10% travel) to collect and provide feedback
? Remain current on industry innovation, best practices, techniques, and tools
? BA or BS Degree; MBA strongly preferred.
? 4+ years of project management experience with restaurants or technology initiatives
? Strong logical and strategic thinking skills.
? Ability to proactively develop creative solutions.
? Superb interpersonal communication skills, with ability to partner well with other team members
? Resourceful nature, with strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation
? Ability to impact & influence stakeholders – have productive conflict at a high level to drive desired outcomes.
? Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to change in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
? Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking and desire to have a large impact on our organization
? Must be able to travel domestically 10% of the time
? Local travel around Orange County is also common
