Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Product Manager to work in growth efforts aimed at increasing daily active users for Yahoo Mail. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and referral. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop new features, and optimize existing ones to achieve our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
? Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a growth strategy for Yahoo Mail focused on increasing daily active users
? User Acquisition: Lead user acquisition efforts through various channels, including but not limited to, organic, paid, and referral channels.
? User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data analytics, to improve the user experience of Yahoo Mail. Identify pain points and areas for enhancement to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user journey.
? Product Development: Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of new features and enhancements that drive user engagement. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product launches
? Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics and user research to identify trends and insights that inform growth strategies
? Experimentation: Implement and manage A/B testing and experimentation to optimize user onboarding and retention
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to align on growth objectives and execution plans.
? Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics related to user growth and engagement
? Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
? Bachelors or Masters degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
? Proven experience (5 years) in product management, growth, or related roles, preferably in the consumer social space.
? Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
? Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and A/B testing.
? Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
? Experience in email or messaging platforms is a plus.
? Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,750.00 – $251,250.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
