About the Team
The ISV Builder Team specializes in sales, forming partnerships to maximize Zoom’s developer tools’ reach across Zoom Meetings and VideoSDK. Working closely with Global Sales, Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and Product Management, we expand Zoom into new markets. We seek dynamic individuals with technical expertise and strategic partner sales skills. This role involves meeting quotas and offers opportunities for growth within Zoom’s ecosystem.
Responsibilities
? Acting as subject matter expert on Zoom API/SDK technologies and owning Strategic ISV Builder relationships
? Providing domain expertise in Zoom’s programmability and extensibility
? Positioning the value and technical capabilities of APIs / SDKs
? Identifying and closing business with strategic lighthouse ISVs, inspiring the ecosystem and expanding market coverage
? Collaborating cross-functionally with Zoom product, sales, marketing, and technical teams to prioritize objectives and key partners
? Negotiating complex contract terms, pricing, and conditions related to the Zoom ISV program and SDK sales
? Coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and prioritization of partner projects. Tracking projects, owners, timelines, and driving accountability
? Achieving quarterly revenue targets and building/executing strategies to drive MRR bookings
What we’re looking for
? Experience in cPaaS/PaaS/SDK hunter role
? Experience in strategic business development, and technical sales – in particular, with enterprise ISVs.
? Experience working with complex API/SDK integrations
? Experience working in the Healthcare industry, preferably an understanding of EHR/EMR or patient engagement systems
? Experience working with product and technical teams to evaluate and provide business requirements to scale and optimize the business
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$163,000.00
Maximum:
$285,300.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
