Zoom is seeking a Head of Total Rewards, People Services, and Analytics. This role involves managing compensation, benefits, shared services, and people analytics. The position also includes creating and executing rewards strategies to attract and retain talent. Additionally, the role entails overseeing employee support and insights under the Chief People Officer’s… guidance.
About the Team
The role entails overseeing global total rewards strategies, including compensation, incentives, and benefits, collaborating with internal functions and external partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness. Additionally, the position involves presenting materials to the compensation committee and requires a hands-on approach to ensure programs are well-designed and aligned with company culture, fostering employee understanding and appreciation. A proactive and strategic mindset is essential for driving results and maintaining the value of rewards within the organization.
Responsibilities
? Leading the development of overall compensation strategy, including global programs and long-term incentive design.
? Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analyses, supporting Zoom’s strategic objectives and talent management.
? Leading the Total Rewards team, ensuring the ongoing development of direct reports. Provide constructive and timely performance feedback.
? Guiding the continued evolution of our People Services & Analytics function, helping the team support strategic decision-making across the organization.
? Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations both in the U.S. and internationally, collaborating with internal groups.
? Oversee the integration of People Analytics into all major HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
? Deliver the latest technology-enabled solutions that enable self service and leverage Zoom’s products and solutions for employee facing use cases.
? Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in People Analytics, continuously enhancing the capabilities and impact of the function within Zoom.
? Serve as an integral member of the People Experience leadership team to advise on programs impacting the organization as a whole and collaborate with HR business partners to understand and address the unique needs of various client groups; collaborate with colleagues in other key departments, including Finance, Legal, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Equity Administration, and Corporate Communications (to name a few).
? Guide the continued evolution of our People Analytics function, helping the team support strategic decision-making across the organization.
? Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to further leverage technology for data collection, ensuring accurate and comprehensive workforce data.

What we’re looking for
? Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field Possess 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR; 7+ years of experience in leading compensation and benefits teams.
? Understand spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets and Slides) skills.
? Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs, guidelines and processes and guiding strategy in these areas.
? Demonstrate knowledge in government regulations as they apply to benefit programs, compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
? Demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
? Possess experience in systems implementations (Workday, SAP, ERP, Oracle) experience.
? Experience in Workday, Tableau, ServiceNow, Qualtrics, SAP, and ERP systems.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
