About the Role:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions within our organization. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and recruit top talent.
Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and coordinate the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Handle employee relations matters and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.
Administer employee benefits programs and support open enrollment processes.
Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
