About Our Client
Our client is a SaaS product organization in the Hospital and Healthcare segment, with the US as their target market. They are growing exponentially, and are looking to hire the “Founding VP of Professional Services ” to build and scale the engine.
Job Description
? Develop and execute project plans for successful customer implementation.
? Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within the specified timelines
? Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
? Lead the implementation ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
? Monitor SLA metrics and ensure customer SLA commitments are met
? Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer implementations
? Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in Medical coding and Revenue Cycle Management.
The Successful Applicant
? Minimum 10 years experience in… program/project management for USA-based customers
? Proven experience in customer success or implementation management in RCM / Medical coding for USA-based healthcare customers
? Strong understanding of RCM and Medical coding domain
? Excellent project management and organizational skills.
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
? The mindset to work in an unstructured environment and build teams from scratch
