? Select , Recruit And Supervise — Insurance Consultants / Point Of Sales Person / ARPs In All Areas Of The Business
? Coordinate Orientation Of New Staffs And Ongoing Trainings.
? Development Of Team By Ensuring Process Services.
Qualification And Skills : HIGHER SECONDARY
Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent
? General Business Skills
? Good Communication Skills
? Distribution Building
