Computer Operator Fresher Job (Part time/Remote)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare equipment for operations by accessing software on the computer
2. Make appropriate changes to the documentation, as needed
3. Monitor and manipulate daily system jobs
4. Start operations by entering commands
5. Maintain operations by monitoring error and stoppage messages, observing peripheral equipment, and making adjustments in the process
6. Generate reports from batch jobs and distribute to end-users
7. Maintain incident logs for all monitored systems
8. Resolve user problems by answering questions and requests
9. Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and tests and following manufacturer’s instructions
10. Troubleshoot malfunctions
