Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team while also contributing to business development initiatives. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, communication, and business development responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
? Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
? Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Business Development:
? Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities..
? Communicate with clients and partners to build and maintain relationships.
Communication:
? Handle incoming and outgoing calls, as well as responding to emails.
? Draft and edit professional correspondence and documents.
Coordination:
? Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
? Strong… organizational and multitasking skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
? Business development acumen and the ability to identify opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
