Enveda is looking for a Vice President, Clinical Development (IBD) to join our team!
The contribution you will make…
As VP, Clinical Development, you will leverage your experience in clinical research to successfully bring drugs from the bench and into the clinic. You will be part of a diverse team reporting to the Chief Medical Officer contributing to our mission of advanced drug discovery by designing and executing clinical development programs. You will lead clinical development of molecules for the treatment of GI conditions such as ulcerative colitis and crohn?s. The role will require you to use your knowledge of clinical research, translational medicine, and FDA and other regulatory agency guidelines.
As a member of the Clinical team, you will report to our Chief Medical Officer.
You get to collaborate on:
? Develop clinical strategies and design clinical trials for asset(s) from phase 1 through phase 3
? Partner with Clinical Operations and other functions to execute those clinical plans.
? Oversee and mentor members of the clinical group and their respective programs
? Lead cross functional team(s) through the IND process and into clinical development
? Provide clinical insights into preclinical programs and business development opportunities.
Who will thrive in this role?
? MD, PhD, DO, PharmD or similar advanced degree
? 10+ years designing and conducting clinical trials in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
? Demonstrated success in IND submissions and FDA interactions
? Exceptional communication, both verbal and written
? Demonstrated success in leading teams in clinical development
? Experience and highly knowledgeable in gastroenterology clinical research
