Responsibilities
Conduct regular training, guidance, and orientation sessions tailored to the operational needs for our staff.
Assist in budget development by recommending supplies, materials, and training initiatives. This may involve additional payroll hours for personnel attending in-service training while off-duty.
Ensure that our Mobile Health team members uphold certifications, licenses, and accreditations while consistently meeting performance expectations.
Participate in meetings and compile requested reports.
Required Qualifications
Perform other duties as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Paramedic Or Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications.
Experience in corporate training and education.
Proficiency and confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations to groups.
Ability to foster and sustain productive working relationships as necessitated by the work assignment.
Extensive knowledge of medical care administration procedures and techniques.
Familiarity with instructional strategies.
Skilled in curriculum development and implementation.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical experience in the medical field.
American Heart Association-Basic Life Support (provider and/or instructor) certification.
Associate degree or higher.
