Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and social media. This person will have experience running organic social media strategies for companies and be comfortable reporting on the results.
The person for this role is an expert writer who can create a blog post or article on a single topic. The perfect person for this role is a self-starter who can confidently make quick decisions and communicate clearly and effectively. This role offers complete flexibility on hours but will require a weekly meeting with the lead strategist. The role may include meetings with clients at times, though not frequently.

Key Responsibilities
? Social Media Management:
? Develop and manage social media strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
? Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos.
? Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
? Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages.
? Analyze and report on social media performance.
? Blog Management:
? Write, edit, and publish compelling blog posts related to marketing and industry trends.
? Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility.
? Coordinate with guest bloggers and manage blog calendar.
? Growth Strategy Execution:
? Collaborate with the team to develop and execute growth strategies.
? Contribute to campaign brainstorming and planning sessions.
? Implement and monitor online marketing campaigns.
? Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
? Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
? Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
? Knowledge of social media analytics and SEO.
? Knowledge of Canva.
? Creative mindset with attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
